![]() The gauge also has to be read from basically dead on, any angle and it becomes hard to read. My gauge is an ugly purple that just mares the green-blue-black color theme of the case. An odd con I'm sure, but when you buy a case based on looks, if one part is just plain ugly, then it's rather upsetting. The external 5.25 bay slot covers were hard to pop out on mine at first. The USB ports are upside down, it's just a little annoying. It's not at all cramped with what I've got in it, and there's plenty of room for wire management, once I get around to it.Ĭons: People have said the fans are loud. I haven't managed to break it yet, but then again I haven't had it long and I'm gentle with it. Pros: The color and overall look of the case. Overall Review: At $50 the few headaches involved in getting this case functional were worth it. The temperature gauge is unreadable unless you're eye level with it, which would mean getting on the floor for most people. I eventually found them in the box and super glued them back in their places. Regularly i wouldn't mind something insignificant like that but they appear to be what holds the plastic side panel on. Two of the plastic studs on the outside of the case were snapped off. The front panels where the dvd/cd drives go were difficult to work with, i eventually ended up breaking off one of the metal panels because it had no obvious way to remove it to make room for the drive. Also, daisy chaining the fans wasn't as obvious as i expected, you certainly need to look at the manual. Daisy chained fans, no connection to the motherboard so it's all regulated from the front panel. The case actually looked better than in the photosĬons: Docked 1 egg for the few issues i ran into, but could just be my own ignorance. Pros: It works quite well after some work. ![]()
